Rose Clark, Supported Employment Program Manager
I believe that everyone who wants to work and can work should and I am here to try and make that happen. I have worked at Goodwill since 2005. When I started, we had 2 clients and I provided all services such as supported employment with both of them. Now we have grown so much and offer so many wonderful services for those that want to work. I have always felt very strongly about employment for our participants and as we have grown, it has become my main focus to help the participants reach their goals.
Jana Conine, Chief Executive Officer
Hi everyone, thanks for visiting our website. I’ve worked for Goodwill of Wyoming for 20 years ( 9 of those as CEO) and am proud to be a part of this wonderful organization. My background is in rehabilitation services and that’s been a huge help in our efforts to use our retail stores to provide worksites for people with disabilities. As an organization we are committed to utilizing donated items that are sold in our stores to benefit the people of Wyoming. Be assured that when you donate and shop at Goodwill of Wyoming, revenues stay in Wyoming and are focused on services and supports for people in need.
Cindy Hamilton, Director of Community Programs
I came to Goodwill Industries of Wyoming in 2014 after working for Casey Family Programs for 15 years. Quickly after coming to Goodwill we were able to be obtain Chafee Independent Living contracts. We started serving one county and now serve 15 counties throughout Wyoming. When you donate and/or purchase things at our Goodwill stores you are helping us recycle hope. By that I mean all the money made from our stores is directly reinvested in programs for vulnerable populations in communities in Wyoming. For instance, in Cheyenne we are starting a new program for kids of incarcerated parents (KIPP). With your help we have hired a full time case manager to assist youth and families stay connected when a parent in incarcerated. We also employ numerous staff through the Experience Works program. I am proud to say that being a part of Goodwill allows me to create, implement and sustain programs that would not exist otherwise. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota and my Masters of Social work from the University of Wyoming. Thanks for your support!

Heya! I’ve officially been with Goodwill for 2.5 years, but have helped with Goodwill’s technology needs for a number of years. I’ve worked with technology since I was a young teen due to my father’s influence and career, and have continued that tradition throughout my own career. I’m an IT guy through and through. From networking and security to pushing Goodwill as a whole to new technologies, I am here to help Goodwill better serve our community and support our services!
Christy Wyler, Director of Development
I am very excited to be one of the newest member of the Goodwill Wyoming Team as the Director of Development! I served on the Board of Directors for over 8 years and served as the Board Chair three times. Watching Goodwill expand their retail operations and provide more services to clients in Wyoming each year has been very rewarding. My focus will be marketing and assisting in the development of programs and services throughout the organization. My hope is to further educate Wyomingites about the benefits of supporting your local Goodwill and increase our revenue so we can expand even more unique and beneficial programs, services and jobs to those right here in Wyoming!
