One in Every

Children have an incarcerated parent in the U.S.

Are You...
  • Caring for children because someone is in jail or prison?
  • Has your life been forever changed because someone you love is incarcerated?
  • Do you have questions about how to transition children back to a parent when they return to the community?
  • Would you or your child benefit from a support group?
Our Goals
  • Improve connections, before, during and after incarceration
  • Help clients to better understand the prison system and how Wyoming Department of Corrections works toward improving inmate success upon release
  • Walk alongside kids, parents and caregivers to assist in transitioning inmates back to families
  • Educate and advocate via case management for healthy, strong families throughout incarceration, by helping clients access resources and support groups
  • Educate others to understand the specific challenges of children with incarcerated parents
  • Services are highly individualized and related to the needs of each family
