How Do My Donated Items Help Wyoming Communities?
Your donations are put up for sale at our retail thrift stores and converted into cash that supports our job skills and job development programs. Wyoming Goodwill is dedicated to programs that benefit the local community by helping people get back into the workforce and offering work options for those with disabilities or disadvantages. Are Donation Pickups Available?
Currently we do not offer a home pickup service.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we cannot take any returns
What happens to items that don't sell in the store?
Goodwill Wyoming is committed to responsible recycling. If there are items that cannot sell after every effort made, we sell them to a salvage company (and those funds go back into Wyoming specific Goodwill programs) who then supplies countries who are in need of such items.
why should I donate to goodwill?
Goodwill Wyoming is a local non-profit helping people in Wyoming. Unfortunately, there are people who believe we are just a retail thrift store who profits from your donations. It is simply not true. Your donations allow us to offer unique community programs and mission services helping those with disabilities and disadvantages. Does goodwill accept financial donations?
You bet we do! In fact, you can donate to a specific program that is most important to you! Check out our Financial Giving & Tax Deductions page
Does Goodwill Wyoming accept computer electronics?
We do! If you have a computer electronic device and no longer need it, we are happy to take it. If we can't resell it, we will ensure it is properly disposed of. Please remember to fully wipe your hard drive, you don't want anyone able to look at information on your old devices!

How do I DETERMINE the value of my Donation?
Request a receipt when you make a donation. On the back are suggested amounts for your donation. If unsure ask your tax professional for determining value. Here is a tip - take a photo of the items you are donating so you have a visual record of it if ever questioned about it when you file your taxes.
What discounts does Goodwill Wyoming offer?
We are always looking for new and fun ways to excite customers to shop in our stores. Check your local store for details on any discounts/promotions.

Can I volunteer at Goodwill wyoming?
We would love it if you volunteered! We are currently offering volunteering opportunities at any of our 5 retail stores across the state. Check out our Volunteer page for more information.
Are all Goodwills around the country the same?
Each Goodwill is independently operated based on territory. This allows each Goodwill territory to provide programs and services that their communities need. Goodwill Wyoming is unique in it is the entire state of Wyoming.
Who is the ceo of goodwill wyoming?
Jana Conine is the current CEO. Jana started her career years ago as an employee of Goodwill Wyoming and then returned in 2008 as the CEO. She has been with Goodwill Wyoming a combined 20 years!
